Especially on Friday and Saturday nights around 7:30, but he has also been known to pop in from the toy shop to watch the lights on weeknights!

2010 was our first year using a computerized light show. (www.lightshowpro.com)

Our show consisted of almost 12,000 lights, spread out over 1/2 acre. They were operated with 64 LOR computer channels using the Light Show Pro software and 3 wireless transmitters. Through the use of a radio FM transmitter, visitors were able to listen to the syncronized music and lights to 3 songs on the car radio.

FOR 2011 WE HAVE INCREASED THE SHOW TO ABOUT 18,000 LIGHTS USING 96 LOR (Light-O-Rama)COMPUTER CHANNELS TO MAKE THE LIGHTS DANCE TO 8 SONGS USING "LSP" (www.LightShowPro.com) SOFTWARE.

THIS VIDEO IS MADE WITH CLIPS FROM EACH SONG. THE ENTIRE SHOW LASTS ABOUT 30 MINUTES.

· Ok so at first we were confused by how the whole radio thing worked but once we figured it out- we were so impressed! (Basically there is nothing to figure out, you just put your radio on the station and sit back and watch the show!) Now, we have got to know how you make the lights go along with the song that is playing! Hannah said you must be in the house pulling cords in and out of the electrical outlet! I have to say, it takes a lot to impress a 21 year old college student but your light show surely did :-) She said it was even more awesome due to the cough medicine she had just taken, ha- just like her dad! We went out Wednesday night to see the lights and my son said, "Mom, this is the best! This family did a great job!" It was a good reminder to the kids too, especially this week, when we get so wrapped up in the parties, that it's not about Santa and present's it's about Jesus's birthday. My husband the "tinkerer" that he is had to go research how it was done online. He LOVED it too!

My family needed a quiet family night together this week, and it was a special surprise for all of us! Your hardwork shows and is GREATLY appreciated. We're even taking my in-laws tomorrow night! :)
